Return Policy
We want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Return Fees:
Hong Kong customers:
A flat return fee of HKD $300 per item will apply and will be deducted from your refund.

International customers:
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Duties and taxes paid at import are non-refundable, as they are charged by customs authorities. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Complete:
All accompanying accessories, manuals, and gifts must be returned in their original state and packaging.
