Return Policy
We want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Return Fees:
Hong Kong customers:
A flat return fee of HKD $300 per item will apply and will be deducted from your refund.

International customers:
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Duties and taxes paid at import are non-refundable, as they are charged by customs authorities. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

New and Unused:
Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. The tags must remain attached and uncut, and the item should be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Complete:
All accompanying accessories, manuals, and gifts must be returned in their original state and packaging.
